This report stresses the importance of intercultural and global competence and that five ‘Is’ should define student learning outcomes:

– Integration
– Inclusivity
– Interconnectedness
– Innovation
– Interculturalism

If these outcomes are achieved, our students will be ‘ able to use technologies ethically, take action to sustain our environment, innovate to widen equitable access to resources, counteract efforts that divide us, and to build a better world together.’
